I took a broken bracelet and some various single earrings to do for one thing verify they were real and sell it if the price was fair and reasonable, I have been in the shop a few times prior to my last visit and even though it was the first time we were able to make a deal and my previous attempts didn't work out the entire staff have been friendly, honest and helpful! They are very good at explaining the process and testing each piece in front of you so there is no confusion on the items and they paid out the proper amount for the items I had, and for the items that didn't have much value for them but it would be to a friend or online sales they are going to be straight and honest with everything. And even over hearing other customers experiences and the outstanding customer service with everyone is a great environment to be involved with. Overall thank you all for your excellent customer service and expertise. I will be back in with more items and recommend to friends and family to go when they have items to sell.
